长期从事果蔬产品贮藏与加工相关课程教学和科研工作,主要讲授本科生课程:商品学概论,农产品贮运加工,农产品贮运学,设施作物采后处理技术,农产品贮运加工综合实验等。参与研究生课程:农产品贮藏与加工研究进展,果蔬采后生理与贮藏技术,等。科研工作主要集中在果蔬保鲜机制研究,果蔬加工工艺研究等方面。
