长期从事果蔬产品贮藏与加工相关课程教学和科研工作，主要讲授本科生课程：商品学概论，农产品贮运加工，农产品贮运学，设施作物采后处理技术，农产品贮运加工综合实验等。参与研究生课程：农产品贮藏与加工研究进展，果蔬采后生理与贮藏技术，等。科研工作主要集中在果蔬保鲜机制研究，果蔬加工工艺研究等方面。
