主要从事生物糖酶构建及生物大分子定制化改造,重点围绕淀粉蔗糖酶催化反应机制、生物大分子多尺度架构表征及其在模拟胃肠道、动物模型中的营养特性评价先后主持国家自然科学青年基金、江苏省博士后科研基金等项目,作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目,十二五国家科技支撑计划、十三五重点研发计划等项目。
