陈潇,博士,南京市2022年度留学人员科技创新项目支持人才,新西兰奥克兰大学博士,江南大学-芬兰图尔库大学双学位硕士主要从事食品风味化学和食品感知科学方向的研究,基于感官导向的分子感官科学技术和“非靶向”数据采集与多元统计分析相结合的食品组学技术,探究食品加工和储藏过程中不良风味形成、特征风味损失,食品风味品质调控与提升,食品风味与健康关系等。近五年以第一作者Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety, Critical Reviews in Food Science and NutritionJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood Chemistry等权威期刊发表学术论文13篇,参与英文专著编写1部。博士研究成果入选“新西兰奥克兰大学2021年度科研激励计划-博士优秀成果奖”。担任Molecules期刊特刊主编及Food ChemistryApplied Food ResearchFoodsJournal of the Science of Food and Agriculture 等十余本期刊审稿人。
