个人简介

何亚洲博士,现任南京农业大学植物保护学院教授,博士生导师。2019年获浙江大学农学博士学位,2021年10月入职南京农业大学植物保护学院。研究成果发表于PNAS,mSystems,Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology,Toxins,Insect Science等国内外期刊。

 

农业害虫严重危害作物生产安全,常造成巨大经济损失,并威胁粮食安全。苏云金芽孢杆菌(简称Bt)及其表达的杀虫蛋白(Bt毒素)在农业害虫防治中具有重要应用价值。基于Bt的害虫防治技术具有特异性强、绿色无污染的优点。课题组围绕害虫—Bt互作机理开展研究,致力于解析Bt杀虫机理、害虫防御机制、以及害虫抗性演化机制,为增强Bt杀虫活性、扩大杀虫谱,开发新型绿色高效害虫防治技术及害虫抗性治理策略提供理论和技术支撑。
