赵良，教授、博士生导师，“钟山学者”计划学术骨干，国家级高层次青年人才。美国华盛顿州立大学动物科学系博士、分子生物学系和美国西北地区动物发育和繁殖中心博士后。研究方向以肉品质形成与调控为核心,系统开展肌肉和脂肪发育生物学、营养生理调控以及肉品质量安全控制等方面的研究工作。主持基金委海外优青、面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题等多项国家和省部级项目。近五年，在Advanced Science、EbioMedicine、Journal of Cachexia, Sarcopenia and Muscle、Environmental Health Perspectives等国际top期刊发表SCI论文多篇，International Journal of Obesity年度高被引学者。
