卢伟,教授/博士生导师,分别于2005年和2011年在东南大学机器人实验室获得硕士和博士学位,2016年至2017年为美国密歇根州立大学访问学者。主要从事具身智能特种机器人和机理大模型快速无损检测的技术研究及产业化应用,围绕机器人“光(谱)-机(械)-电(路)-算(法)-软(件)-控(制)”的各关键领域展开深入研究及研发积累,具有20+年丰富的工业、农业、空间等特种机器人及无损检测研究和工程开发经验,擅长面向特种行业的难点和痛点问题通过融合“光-机-电-算-软-控”进行一体化优化设计。
现为智能机器人实验室负责人,江苏省园艺工程分会副理事长,江苏省仪器仪表学会理事,江苏省自动化学会理事,江苏省人工智能学会机器人专委会委员,江苏省康复工程与转化委员会委员等,以及国家基金、重大专项、霍英东基金及多省市基金和人才项目评审专家,SCI期刊客座编辑等。获得江苏省科学技术一等奖(人机交互力反馈遥操作机器人关键技术及应用),教育部技术发明一等奖(力触觉临场感机器人关键技术),《农业机械学报》年度优秀论文奖,中国农业机械学会先进工作者,等。获得部省级人才及成果奖3项,主持国家自然基金面上项目、科技部国际合作项目、江苏省重点研发等各类纵向项目14项、横向课题13项,累计在IEEE JAS、IEEE TIM、CEA等期刊发表SCI、EI论文50+篇,授权发明专利十余项。
研究成果基于具身智能的蘑菇采摘机器人、智能驾驶机器人、禽蛋无损分选智能机器人流水线、5G遥操作力感/力控绘画机器人等受到央视及地方媒体报道,薄膜视觉高精度(50微米@0.6m/s)在线智能检测、陶瓷/玻璃瓶质量在线检测等已在工业产线应用。指导学生获得“挑战杯”等各类科技竞赛奖项百余项。
在研项目包括:智能采摘机器人、激光除草灭虫智能机器人、水下巡检机器人、基于AR/VR的双模控制智能驾驶机器人、肉品多参数在线智能检测仪、瓶酒多参数在线智能检测仪、便携式烟草多参数智能检测仪、条烟自动装填机器人流水线、特种禽鸟蛋分级机器人流水线以及食品企业定制机器人流水线等。
每年招收博士生1-2人,硕士生4-5人,注重对研究生实践能力和科研素养的培养,欢迎对人工智能、具身智能机器人、智能装备、无损检测大模型方向具有浓厚兴趣,品德优良、内驱力强、积极进取、具有团队精神,有志于在学术水平或工程能力方面追求卓越的学生报考。
Dr. Lu Wei, Professor/Doctoral Supervisor, obtained his master's and doctoral degrees from the Robotics Laboratory of Southeast University in 2005 and 2012, respectively. From September 2016 to October 2017, he was a visiting scholar at Michigan State University, USA. His main research focuses on the technological research and industrial application of embodied intelligent special robots and mechanism large model rapid non-destructive testing. He has carried out in-depth research and R&D accumulation in all key fields of robots, including "Spectroscopy-Mechanics- Electronics-Algorithm-Software-Control", and has more than 20 years of rich experience in research and engineering development of special robots and non-destructive testing in industry, agriculture, space, etc. He is good at integrating "Spectroscopy-Mechanics-Electronics-Algorithm-Software-Control" for integrated optimization design facing the difficulties and pain points of special industries.
He is currently the leader of the Intelligent Robotics Laboratory, Vice President of the Horticultural Engineering Branch of Jiangsu Province, Director of Jiangsu Instrument and Meter Society, Director of Jiangsu Automatic Control Society, Member of the Robot Special Committee of Jiangsu Artificial Intelligence Society, and Member of Jiangsu Rehabilitation Engineering and Transformation Committee, etc. He has won the First Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award (Key Technologies and Applications of Human-Computer Interaction Force Feedback Teleoperation Robots), the First Prize of Ministry of Education Technological Invention Award (Key Technologies of Force and Touch Telepresence Robots), the Annual Excellent Paper Award of Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agricultural Machinery, and the Advanced Worker of Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery, etc. He has obtained 3 provincial-level talent and achievement awards, presided over 14 vertical projects of various types such as the General Project of the National Natural Science Foundation and Key R&D Projects of Jiangsu Province, and 13 horizontal projects. He has cumulatively published more than 50 SCI/EI papers in journals such as IEEE JAS, IEEE TIM, and CEA, and authorized more than ten invention patents.
His research achievements, including mushroom picking robots based on embodied intelligence, intelligent driving robots, intelligent robot assembly lines for non-destructive sorting of poultry eggs, and 5G teleoperation force sensation/force control painting robots, have been reported by CCTV and local media. Online intelligent detection of film vision with high precision (50 microns @ 0.6m/s) and online quality detection of ceramics/glass bottles have been applied in industrial production lines. He has guided students to win more than 100 awards in various science and technology competitions such as the "Challenge Cup".
Ongoing research projects include: intelligent picking robots, laser weeding and pest control intelligent robots, underwater inspection robots, AR/VR-based dual-mode control intelligent driving robots, multi-parameter online meat detectors, multi-parameter online bottle wine detectors, portable tobacco detectors, automatic cigarette loading robot assembly lines, special poultry egg grading robot assembly lines, and customized robot assembly lines for food enterprises, etc.
He recruits 1-2 doctoral students and 4 master's students every year, focusing on the cultivation of postgraduates' practical abilities and scientific research literacy.
