从事大豆基因组学和遗传育种的相关研究,主要包括:1)挖掘和利用大豆自然群体中优异的等位变异改良大豆品种。 2)利用新兴技术,如高通量表型鉴定技术、全基因组预测、快速育种技术、基因编辑等技术加快实现大豆育种目标;3)大豆耐荫、耐密植分子机制研究。(课题组招聘田间管理员,科辅,大豆分子生物学博后,欢迎有兴趣的同学联系zjp@njau.edu.cn)
