南京农业大学食品科技学院副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事农产品加工和农副产物综合利用方面的研究工作。近年来,主持或参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、江苏省重点研发计划、安徽省重点研发计划、企业横向等项目十余项。于2021年入选江苏省“双创博士”,2023年作为主要完成人获全国商业科技进步奖一等奖一项。在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Chemical Engineering Journal、Food Chemistry、Food Control、Food Hydrocolloids等学术期刊上发表研究论文40余篇,参编中文专著1部。担任Journal of Cleaner Production, LWT-Food Science and Technology, Food Research International等杂志的审稿人及Journal of Future Foods杂志青年编委。
