Research focuses on AI-driven intelligent crop design breeding, integrating large-scale phenomics, genomics, and other multi-omics data to develop next-generation computational breeding frameworks. Key research areas include:

(1) Intelligent crop breeding models and platforms;

(2) AI-powered genetic analysis and phenotype prediction;

(3) Multiomics-driven molecular network design for breeding innovation.
