Professor, doctoral supervisor, member of the Academic Committee, Nanjing Agricultural University "High-Level Talent", and Shanghai "Pujiang Talent". Postdoctoral fellow and senior researcher at Ghent University, Belgium. Recipient of the Belgian BELSPO Scholarship and the European Union "Erasmus Scholarship". He has served as Assistant Dean of the College and Head of the Department of Clinical Veterinary Medicine. His research focuses on animal nutritional metabolic diseases and poisoning diseases, pet disease prevention and control, and animal food safety. He has presided over more than 10 national and provincial and ministerial projects, obtained nine authorized patents, developed six veterinary clinical test kits and livestock and poultry biological products, and established a university-enterprise cooperative industrial research institute (Nanjing Agricultural University-Jiangsu Berna Tianchun Pet Food Co., Ltd. Industrial Research Institute). He has published over 60 high-level SCI papers as first author or corresponding author.
