马桂玲，现任南京农业大学草业学院副教授。2016年，从华盛顿州立大学获得动物科学博士学位。

研究专注于反刍动物营养、肠道健康及粗饲料的高效利用。自2022年加入南京农业大学以来，一直致力于探索和提升反刍动物的营养管理和健康水平。

在学术研究方面，近5年发表了多篇高影响力的期刊论文，涵盖反刍动物营养、肠道微生物群及脂肪代谢等领域。研究成果在《Journal of Dairy Science》、《Journal of Animal Science》和《Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition》等知名期刊上发表。
