2014年在中国科学技术大学获博士学位，2015-2024年先后在耶鲁大学、德克萨斯大学圣安尼奥分校担任博士后和研究助理教授，2024年入选“江苏省特聘教授”并加入南京农业大学生命科学学院担任课题组组长。在美期间，长期从事化学与生物的交叉学科研究，在金属酶的结构与功能领域做出了具有重要影响的原创性贡献。研究工作主要发表在Nat. Chem. Biol.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Engl.、Biochemistry等国际高水平学术期刊上。近期工作如下：

课题组研究方向简介：

未来研究方向将聚焦于环境微生物相关金属酶的催化机制研究。本课题组主要结合蛋白质晶体学（Protein crystallography）、电子顺磁共振（EPR）、共振拉曼光谱（rR）、液相色谱-质谱联用（LC-MS）、核磁共振（NMR）、酶定向进化（Diredted evolution）以及基因密码子拓展技术（Genetic code expansion），开展以下两方面的研究：

探究环境微生物相关新型金属酶的催化机制；
通过酶定向进化对金属酶进行改造，以优化其在有机污染物降解中的应用。
