主要以梨为研究材料,利用种质资源性状多样性及其遗传规律,挖掘重要性状的关键调控基因,揭示性状形成的分子机制及调控网络。主要包括以下3个研究内容:1、果实发育与成熟的分子调控网络;2、梨自交不亲和性的遗传与变异机制;3、基于分子标记和基因编辑技术的分子育种。
