陈跃平，博士，南京农业大学动物科技学院副教授、硕士研究生导师，农业农村部鹌鹑育种与养殖技术重点实验室骨干。主要研究方向为家禽营养代谢调控及高附加值功能性禽产品开发。主持国家自然科学基金等十余项科研项目，以第一作者和通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇，获授权国家发明专利2项。入选2025年“全球前2％顶尖科学家”榜单（前1%）。
