The mechanisms of development and stress resistance in edible and medicinal fungi (mushrooms). Using Ganoderma lucidum, Pleurotus ostreatus, and Flammulina velutipes as materials, genes regulating mushroom growth and development are identified, and their functional mechanisms are elucidated through a combination of genetic and molecular biology techniques.
