南农资环院副教授，硕士生导师，南京农业大学“钟山学术新秀”。主要研究内容包括：1）农业固体废弃物资源化利用的转化机制与应用研究；2）真菌或细菌关联的多物种互作机制研究；3）新型生物肥料开发与应用研究。相关成果以第一或通讯作者发表在Genome Biology, Nature Communications, Environmental Microbiology, Soil Biology & Biochemistry, Biotechnology for Biofuels等国际权威杂志。先后主持国家重点研发青年科学家项目，国自然面上、青年等项目约十项。授权或申请中国发明专利8项，参与获神农中国农业科技奖一等奖和大北农科技奖植物营养奖各一项。
