Profile
王林,男,博士(后),山东济南人,现为南京农业大学食品科技学院教师。2021年8月毕业于福建农林大学,获博士学位;期间以联合培养博士生身份赴哈佛大学工程与应用科学学院学习。2021年10月进入清华大学航天航空学院固体力学系从事博士后研究,2023年10月加入山东大学胶体与界面化学教育部重点实验室开展博士后工作。主要从事食品胶体与纳米材料、肉品加工与质量安全控制、智能环保型食品标签/包装开发等方向的交叉研究,致力于将材料化学、力学与食品科学深度融合,解决食品品质调控与安全保障中的关键科学问题。近年来,以第一或通讯作者在Advanced Fiber Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids等期刊上发表论文40余篇,影响因子大于10的论文14篇。作为共同作者在Nature Communications、Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Letters等期刊发表论文30余篇。Google Scholar 总引用4100余次,h指数35,i10指数62。已授权中国发明专利8件,参编食品科学与工程类教材4本(副主编和编委)。近三年,获省级人才项目2项,参与多项国家及省部级科研项目,包括中国博士后科学基金面上项目、优秀博士学位论文资助基金、博士生出国合作交流项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目与面上项目,以及“十三五”国家重点研发计划专项等。现担任Journal of Future Foods、Food Science of Animal Products、Food Safety and Health、Food Innovation and Advances和中国家禽等期刊青年编委。兼任Advanced Functional Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Packaging and Shelf Life等期刊审稿人。 热烈欢迎对本人研究方向感兴趣的本科生加入(SRT或者独立科学研究等),一起愉快的科研!
