副教授,硕士生导师,南京农业大学高层次引进人才。主要从事农产品加工贮藏及分子生物学、胶体质构与结构调控等领域的科学研究工作。目前以第一作者在Food Hydrocolloids, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Postharvest Biology and Technology等期刊发表学术论文13篇(ESI高被引论文1篇,热点论文1篇,中科院一区Top期刊7篇,二区Top期刊2篇)。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、南京农业大学高层次人才科研启动项目等,参与多项国家重点研发计划项目和国家自然科学基金面上项目。
