主要从事观赏植物分子生物学、生物信息学和基因编辑研究,获得江苏省优秀青年基金资助,入选江苏高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,评为南京农业大学“钟山学术新秀”。担任BMC Plant Biology(IF=5.260)、International Journal of Molecular Sciences(IF=6.208)等多个SCI期刊编委,另担任Nature Communications、Plant Journal等多个学术期刊审稿人、编委或Section编辑。本人坚持以培养学生为核心,工作在实验和数据分析一线,能够给热爱科研的同学提供良好的发展机会。欢迎对观赏植物生物信息分析和基因编辑感兴趣的本科生参与SRT、毕业设计和报考硕士/博士研究生。
近年来主持包括国家自然科学基金3项,江苏省优秀青年基金,政府间国际科技创新合作重点专项,国家重点研发计划子课题在内的国家及省部级项目10余项,科研经费充足。
发表SCI论文100余篇,引用4000余次,H指数38。其中,以通讯或第一作者在Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、Plant Journal等SCI期刊发表论文30余篇,ESI高被引论文2篇,热点论文1篇;获得国家发明专利授权10余件,植物新品种权1个。
