副教授，博士研究生导师，钟山学者学术新秀、仲英种业人才基金获得者。主要从事水稻等作物高低温逆境应答分子调控机制研究，聚焦作物抗逆关键基因资源挖掘、基因功能解析及育种转化应用，助力优质抗逆作物品种培育。
科研项目方面，先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、生物育种青年专项课题，农业农村部科技创新2030“农业生物育种”重大项目子课题、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省农业自主创新基金等国家及省部级科研项目10余项。
科研成果方面，累计获批发明专利7项，在Nature Communications、Molecular Plant、New Phytologist、Plant Physiology等国际权威期刊发表学术论文20余篇，其中1篇入选ESI全球高被引论文。
