2019年毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院，获管理学博士学位。2019年7月到南京农业大学经济管理学院工作。目前主要的研究领域集中在公司治理方面，着重关注减少委托代理成本、维持高管——股东利益一致的企业内外部治理机制设计研究。近年来发表文献10余篇。
