2020年入选国家青年人才。课题组研究侧重于真菌分子和细胞生物学，研究内容主要集中在环境信号如何调控真菌（木霉和构巢曲霉）生长发育，包括光照、温度、营养等对真菌菌丝和生殖细胞（分生孢子，厚垣孢子和子实体）发育的影响，研究目标是揭示真菌对环境信号的响应机制。以通讯和第一作者在Nature Reviews Microbiology，Nature Microbiology (封面文章)，The EMBO Journal，Science Bulletin，mBio ，PLoSGenetics(2021，2024)，mLife，Molecular Microbiology(2017, 2019)，Environmental Microbiology等杂志上发表多篇文章。
