南京农业大学资源与环境科学学院教授、博士生导师，南京农业大学钟山学术新秀。主持国家重点研发计划青年项目、国家自然科学基金项目等国家级及省部级项目10余项。获得江苏省杰出青年基金，入选中国科协青年人才托举工程。围绕集约化利用的农田生态系统，聚焦土壤微生物组与耕地培肥，以及根际微生物组与作物养分高效吸收过程中的机制与调控研究，以第一或通讯作者在Nature Plants（2022，高被引&热点论文）、Nature Communications（2024，高被引；2019，高被引）、Advanced Science（2023）、Microbiome（2021，高被引）、New Phytologist（2024，高被引；2023，高被引）、Soil Biology & Biochemistry（2021；2020；2016；2015）等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文二十余篇，H指数32。
