简介:
国家级青年人才获得者(优青),主要研究方向为茄科作物高产优质性状遗传解析及全基因组设计育种。将多组学与全基因组选育、人工智能(AI)等技术深度融合,从全基因组层面系统解析番茄、马铃薯等茄科作物产量及品质等育种难题,加速茄科作物产量与品质的遗传解析及全基因组智能设计育种进程。旨在为茄科作物育种提供科学、精准的决策依据,推动育种模式从“经验育种”向“精准智能育种”的范式转变,显著提升茄科作物的育种效率。
研究领域:茄科作物遗传解析与智能设计育种
主要学术成绩:
1) 开发了利用进化全基因组鉴定功能位点的茄科“进化透镜”新技术,克服了非编码区域功能位点难以鉴定、难以定量的难题;开发了多个马铃薯全基因组选育模型,提出了全基因组预测马铃薯自交系选育及品种改良新依据,为自交系选育及改良提供了全基因组选育的研究体系。
2) 对番茄果实品质、马铃薯块茎性状进行了驯化解析,结合GWAS/QTL、基因调控网络等手段挖掘并验证优异等位基因;开发了番茄风味全基因组预测模型,挖掘并利用优异祖先种种质资源,为番茄果实风味改良以及马铃薯薯块改良提供了丰富的种质资源和遗传基础。
目前,申请人以第一或通讯作者先后在Cell 、Molecular Plant 、Plant Physiology 等高水平期刊发表文章;参与Nature、Cell、Nature Plants等高水平期刊文章多篇;相关研究成果被CCTV详细报道,受到Nature等期刊高亮点评。
