Transactions，ACS Materials Letter等在内的化学类期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇，h-index为23，他引2000余次，曾任Frontiersin Chemistry，Materials杂志的客座编辑。期间担任JACS, Angew Chem, Chemical Science、Chem. Eur. Research Focus

（1）微配合物粒子的形貌调控与光、电及生物性能研究；（2）配合物单晶材料（MOFs）、MOFs衍生的无机碳材料等的可控制备与生物性能研究；（3）各类材料在超级电容器、锂离子电池、电催化方面的应用研究。目前课题组重点关注2D配合物单晶材料、粉体材料与软模板合成的无机碳、氧化物材料及复合材料的能量存储性能。
