南京农业大学食品科技学院食品营养与健康系副教授,硕士生导师。博士毕业于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学分子营养学专业,曾任职中山大学公共卫生学院副研究员。主要参与承担美国国立卫生研究院、美国糖尿病学会等科研项目,主持广州市科技计划项目,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文20余篇。主要从事营养因子调控代谢综合征相关基因表达、植物提取物及类药性功能性食品分析与研发、代谢综合征的病因及预防研究。
