本人长期从事植物资源保护与利用的相关研究。多年来主持、参与国家级和省部级项目20余项，发表论文30余篇；出版著作6部，其中主编1部，参编5部。现任中国野生植物保护协会民族植物学专业委员会副秘书长，中国植物学会民族植物学分会理事。
