副教授，硕导，中国营养学会会员，营养师培训国家认证讲师，黎军胜，男，1969年6月，博士 ，副教授。一直在高校从事食品营养学和生物技术的教学和科研工作。近年来主要开展营养学和生物技术在农副产品深加工方面的研究和技术转化，成功开发“南农”系列营养健康产品。发表SCI文章4篇，一类核心期刊文章2篇，二类核心期刊文章5篇。
