《宋茶》系胡燕教授所著，对宋代茶文化展开了全方位、深层次的解读。《宋茶》在茶史考据中注入科技基因，实现宋代茶文化图景的系统复原，更深入发掘宋代审美气象与文化意涵，推动茶文化遗产在当代生活美学中的转化利用，实现了学术研究与文化消费、大众审美的深度融合。从隆重庄严的宫廷茶宴，到满是市井烟火的民间茶坊，《宋茶》鲜活呈现出宋代社会各阶层生活皆与茶紧密相连的生活图景，获2025年江苏省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
