郭仁朋,南京农业大学食品科技学院副教授、硕士生导师,食品营养与健康系副系主任,南开大学细胞生物学博士。目前主要研究方向为细胞培养肉,围绕限制培养肉产业化的关键共性难题,开展种子细胞干性维持、无血清培养基开发、细胞大规模培养、安全性评价等研究。在Nat Commun.、Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A.、Int J Biol Macromol.等杂志发表SCI论文22篇。近五年,主持国家级项目2项、省部级项目2项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,参与中央高校优秀青年团队项目1项。
