以水稻为主要研究对象,综合利用遗传学、分子生物学、基因组学、蛋白组学、表观遗传学等手段从水稻中发掘、定位、克隆参与调控稻米籽粒发育和稻米品质的基因,并解析其所介导的分子调控路径,并利用分子标记辅助选择,基因编辑等方法开展水稻分子育种工作。
