曹慧，安徽宣城人，研究员，博士生导师。主要研究方向为微生物分子生态学，现任中国土壤学会土壤生态学专业委员会副主任（2016-2025）。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项，主持或参加国家科技支撑计划项目、公益性行业（农业）科研专项、国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项等30余项，在国内外期刊发表论文130余篇，获得国家发明专利7件。
