许志明，南京农业大学动物科技学院。2025年6月博士毕业于西北农林科技大学—农业农村部动物生物技术重点实验室，入选2024年中国科协青年人才托举工程（博士生专项计划）。主要从事反刍动物营养与氨基酸代谢、健康养殖与清洁化生产方向研究。参与国家重点研发、揭榜挂帅、国家自然基金、宁夏自然科学基金重点项目等；近5年于Chemical Engineering Journal (2篇)、Bioresource Technology (4篇)、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules和Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等共发表SCI论文19篇，以第一/共一作者在发表9篇(均为TOP期刊，IF>100)，并参与10余本期刊审稿。荣获2022、2023年博士研究生国家奖学金（两次）、2024年天康奖学金、先进个人、优秀研究生、优秀共青团干部等。
