Professor Kang currently mainly engages in research on information perception, non-destructive testing, intelligent algorithms, pattern recognition, and agricultural automation in the fields of agriculture and food. He has long-term research experience and technical accumulation in software and hardware integration, data mining, and intelligent graph analysis of complex microscopic hyperspectral imaging systems. In recent years, he has published dozens of related research papers in journals such as Sensors and Actuators B, Plant Phenomenics, and Food Control.
